How to Register for the iPQ (2025/26)

Registering your pupils for the ISEB Project Qualification (iPQ) is simple and streamlined. Follow the steps below in order to complete your 2025/26 registration, and rest assured that we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Before You Begin

Make sure your school has an active ISEB School Account on our website.

• Your school may already have an account used for ordering past CE and CASE exam papers through our online shop.
• If your school does not have an account, you can apply here: www.iseb.co.uk/register.
• If you are unsure whether your school has an active ISEB School Account, you can submit a ticket on our Support Portal and choose the option: ‘Request to check if my school has an ISEB School Account’.
   

Registration Steps

Once you have an active School Account, simply log in and follow these three steps to complete your iPQ registration:

Step 1. Order your iPQ Candidate Registrations 

Purchase the number of registrations required through the ISEB website shop for schools
Please note: You must be logged in to your ISEB School Account to see the iPQ product.)

Step 2. Prepare Your Candidate Registration Information 

Download and complete the iPQ Candidate Registration Upload Template, then save it as a .CSV file.
We recommend coordinating internally, as only one spreadsheet can be submitted per school.

Step 3. Submit the Online Registration Form

Fill the online iPQ registration form on website and upload the Candidate Registration Information in .CSV format.

Once submitted, a record of your registration will appear in your ISEB School Account dashboard.
