Schools must submit their marked iPQ projects for ISEB-accredited moderation through the new iPQ Project Submission Area, located in the Schools Hub.
The new iPQ Project Submission Area allows schools to upload iPQ projects quickly and easily for ISEB-accredited moderation at the end of the academic year.
How do I access the iPQ Project Submission Area?
The iPQ Submission Area is located within the iPQ section of the Examinations and Qualifications Registration Area. To access it, log into your ISEB School Account, navigate to the Examination and Qualifications Registration Area, and select the iPQ Candidate Registration & Project Submission portal.
Scroll down to the ‘Online Candidate Registration and Project Submission Forms’ section and select the ‘iPQ Project Submission Area’. This will have a padlock on it if you are not logged into your ISEB School Account, so ensure that you are logged in before following these steps.
Alternatively, follow this quick link to the iPQ Project Submission Area. Please ensure you are logged into your ISEB School Account before following the link.
How do I submit my iPQ Projects for moderation?
To submit your projects, complete the iPQ Submission Form you will find in the iPQ Project Submission Area, and upload your projects combined into a .zip file. This .zip file must include the following:
- A selection of marked projects with top, middle and bottom marks (1-2 of each). For small cohorts, a minimum of three to six different grades should be submitted. Each project should be submitted with a corresponding completed mark sheet, included in the iPQ Specification.
- A completed spreadsheet listing every candidate’s information for their certificates. We provide an iPQ Certification Spreadsheet Template that you can use for this section - this template can be located and downloaded from the iPQ Submission Area.
- Any extra comments or feedback on the iPQ that you would like to share with ISEB.
We will be in touch as soon as your projects have been moderated. Moderation can take up to two weeks to complete, so please submit your projects with enough time for them to be moderated and certificated before the end of the Summer Term.
